This beach is just far enough off the beaten path that it never seems crowded. Perhaps this has to do with the time of year (the end of the high season) or perhaps the $6 toll to cross over the bridge from the mainland also...More

We love Boca Grande and my wife enjoys the shelling at the south end by the light house at Gasparilla Island Sate Park. It's a beautiful island and I'm a charter guide fly fishing for tarpon or fishing snook and reds on light tackle in...More

Nice spot to check out if you’re in the area. Beaches are white and nice and clean. Not crowded at all if you come early....south beach grill is a quaint spot to grab a Grouper sandwich

My family and I really loved this beach and the town. Nice area, shops and restaurants. Not very far from North Port, FL

The beach was beautiful and full of shells. Lots of families were there with great facilities for picnics. Plenty of parking. Great area for shelling and watching the boats. Unfortunately no swimming due to strong currents.

Simply the best. This beach never disappoints us. We usually bring a picnic lunch and our bikes, and spend the day. It is always a peaceful time because there are so many access points to the beach, that overcrowding does not occur.

The most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen. Better than Mexico , get there early to find a parking spot.

All we wanted to do was relax on the beach, which we were able to do. The water was gorgeous and the wildlife was amazing to watch. Due to the great shelling, we went for a little walk to look around, too. Perfect place to...More

The only restaurant on the beach is South Beach—not sure about dogs being allowed.
