This children's museum entertained the kids for hours and was very inexpensive. There are many interactive areas for the kids, but I wouldn't recommend it for older kids. It was good for my children who are under 10. There is a play area, water tables,...More

Took my two grandchildren, 7 and 2 1/2. They both had a great time. So much for the kids to do. They have water tables, construction center, hands-on clay making, art and drawing. Sports, science and so much more. By the time we left the...More

So many exhibits, all interactive, that my 6 year old grandson enjoyed. And we adults had a great time, too! We topped it off with the next door mini-golf offered in a combo price with the museum. Highly recommend this place for your 2-8 (maybe...More

It has art options, imaginative play spaces and some climbing structures/slides. Overall, it was a really good alternative to an indoor play space for us. One word of warning though, there is no snack bar.

My family and I thought that the Delaware Children's Museum (DCM) is a very family friendly venue for small children. The DCM is located on Justison St on the waterfront on the nicer and recently developed side of Downtown Wilmington, DE. The bright yellow paint...More

My 3-year-old kid spent four hours here until closing; they could have stayed longer. Lots of stuff for a child to do (and not that expensive compared to other children's play museums), although it can be somewhat disorganized (like trying to find puzzle pieces) with...More
