We are Delaware's only hands on, interactive petting Zoo! Here guests can socialize with exotic, wild & domestic animals in a lush garden surrounding. Our petting zoo is a fun learning experience for kids of all ages. We are Delaware's only petting Zoo that lets you get up close and personal with exotic animals. We offer hand feeding and petting of Llamas, Alpaca, Goats, Ducks, Sheep, Geese, Donkey, Chickens, Pigs & Mini Pigs, Rabbits, Guinea Pigs, Hedgehog, Turtles, Ferret, and an Emu. We also house a Raccoon, Opossum, Skunk, Turkeys, Turtles, many rare & exotic birds, and Delaware's only Alligator! Our Asia Aviary is home to Red jungle fowl, Peacocks, Exotic Pheasants, Black Sumatras, Mandarin Ducks, Indian Peacock Pigeons, and Partridge. Migratory Waterfowl, Pheasants, Turtles, and Cackling Geese call the North American Habitat home. Finally our new Africa Habitat houses a pair of White Faced Whistling Tree Ducks, Guinea Fowl, Side-Neck Turtles, and our Hedgehog. Farm fresh Chicken & Duck eggs usually available for sale! We also offer tours of our display gardens. Visitors are able to see hardy palms, yucca, bamboo, and exotics in a lush tropical atmosphere. Our display gardens feature thousands of rare and exotic plants not often seen in casual gardens. 3 Palms display gardens feature plants from all around the world which include: desert, alpine, tropic, woodland, Asian, and many others.

The zoo is comprised of rescue animals. Very nice assortment. Admission is very reasonable and the money goes towards animal upkeep. You can feed and get very close to most of the animals. Nice way to spend about an hour with the family.

Went for the first time today. It's a nice zoo with a great variety of animals. The staff was helpful and friendly. The animals look well cared for and our kids had a blast.
