We enjoyed the Chamard vineyard’s busy tasting room in Clinton on a July weekend. Atmosphere in the bar area was nice and cozy which made the white wines and rosés taste even better. We ended up having a wonderful lunch afterwards on the outdoor balcony...More

The vineyard is nice, the bistro is nice, the service is very ok, the scenery is very nice. Unfortunately their wines are not my taste and that's a very nice way of describing them.....

This is one of my favorite places to take out-of-towners year round. It's something different to do, the food is high-quality, especially fun if there is an event or live music. Love it here!

Great spot for some good wine and food and very close to Hamonasett Campsgrounds. I especially liked the Estate Dry rose which they grow on site. Another notable wine is their Cabernet Merlot blend is made with grapes that comes from California. It is very...More

A group of 10 family members and friends, with 3, active children between ages 8 and 12, attended a wine tasting followed by lunch. There was enough activity to keep both the children and adults actively engaged. The sommelier who conducted the tasting was highly...More

One time visit. The beautiful grounds do not make up for the overpriced wine that tastes average at best. Of the more than 15 CT wineries we have visited/sampled thus far this season, this one has been the most underwhelming at best. It's not about...More

I have seen music set up in different places. Sometimes the tasting room, also outside in warmer months. Best to ask before u go. The bistro and tasting rooms are in the same building.
