Most dog parks in Vail cater to larger dogs and my little papillon is intimidated by them. The Bighorn Park seems to attract smaller and less agressive dogs, so my pet is happier to be off leash here.

Great neighborhood park, everyone happy with their dogs and kids. Wonderful energy. Good playground for children, and part of the walking trails in the Gore Creek area.

Located in east vail, about 5miles east of vail village, this park offers something for the whole family including your dog. Children's play ground , a pond, barbecue facilities, picnic area and open field for the dogs to play.
