Lakewood is just outside Denver. 14 minutes to downtown but has attractions of its own. Most recently (this weekend) Lakewood had Cider Days. During the year, it supports concerts and a wide variety of cultural events. Lakewood has a significant number of oder residents but...More

So clean The and well organized venue for an outdoor concert. Staff frienly and helpful. Clouded up a little but we brought umbrellas. Then the sun came back out. So fun!!!! Wished they had a after party because we were not ready to go home...More

The Lakewood Heritage Center is always fun to go to as a family. Even when it is closed, you can still see the buildings, the mock up of historical Colfax Avenue, and take a fun walk. The places illustrated spark interesting and fun conversations with...More

Beautiful and safe. Can't belief what a great resource this is for the local community - and regardless of the season, it always has something new to offer.

If you are a history buff, especially for the 50's-60's this place is a final resting location for many old structures from when Lakewood was much smaller. Quite a few building from old Colfax Blvd have been saved here. Also quite a few farming outbuildings.

We have attended a number of luncheons/ lectures here and they have all been very nice. Home made lunch provided by volunteers and good lectures on a variety of topics from the history of skiing in Colorado to the history of downtown Denver.

This was a nice little place. I think it might be more exciting for children, but as with everything we do, we enjoyed what it had to offer. The price was ok, not for what they had to see, but to know it keeps it...More
