This beach was a short walk from our rooms. It is sandy & quite shallow for around 30m. The umbrellas get booked up, so aim to arrive before 10.30. The snacks & drinks on offer are quick & very reasonably priced. The waiter was very...More

Great little place, lovely little beach beyond the church with calm waters. Great taverna on beach, ideal for lunch.

We walked from Platys Gialos, a good 2 hour hike over the hills, along well-signed but steep in places Sifnos trail; and whilst it has a pretty church by the harbour, we were underwhelmed by Vathi where the beach reduces to barely a path in...More

Vathi has the most beautiful beach. We really enjoyed having a swim and lunch afterwords. Both restaurants are very good.
