Yes! During the summer we slice fresh summer squash, season it, grill it and then top it with our cheese, caramelized onions a juicy slice of local tomato, a drizzle of our rosemary garlic mayo and crispy lettuce picked out of our garden then put it between our locally baked brioche hamburger bun. That's our version of a veggie burger. We also have gourmet cheese melts using our cheese and fresh salad options.
