Very cool little town at the bottom of the Million Dollar Highway which is not to be missed itself. Definitely a good time

What a beautiful historic downtown. There are lots of fun shops, art studios and restaurants. It is well-maintained and the people are very friendly. We just wondered around for hours enjoying the atmosphere.

Thank you for visiting! Be careful walking out in the street though. The outdoor dining areas are only a few spots so you will have room to pass just have to be patient.

I highly recommend taking a walking tour and also visiting the Durango Silverton Railway Museum. I spent an enjoyable afternoon walking around and seeing the sites. Don't miss going into the historic hotels to check out their lobby's. They are like a snapshot in time.
