Denver City gets a big thumbs up for their free 16th Street Mall shuttle that runs from Union Station to Civic Hall. It is clean, frequent, and free and makes visiting Denver city centre an easy experience.

OK, so maybe I have just been lucky, but every time I have ridden the light rail it has been efficient, on time, clean, and what I would consider cheap. What more can you ask for? This last trip to downtown and then the airport...More

My real difficulty was with the ticket machine at the 61st & Pena stop on the A line to and from the Denver airport. I tried two different credit cards in two different machines and made several attempts with each to no avail! Finally, after...More

With an Uber wanting $60+ and the RTD working out at less than $30 for a family of 4 it was a no brainer. The RTD train was smooth, fast, clean and very efficient. From Union Station the 26th Street MallRide was a free shuttle...More

Everyone complains about public transportation. It will never be as convenient as having a private car ready to take you at a moment's notice to wherever you wish to go, but with Denver's streets getting busier and parking getting more expensive, all of us would...More

Very convenient from the airport to downtown. Inexpensive and clean. Highly recommend. Allowed my wife and I an easy way to get downtown and enjoy a dinner out prior to our flight home.

This train route is part of the RTD light rail system. However, the cars used for travel between DIA and downtown denver are more suited for the traveling public with spacious seating and luggage racks. By the way the ticket price will always be $9...More

So you get off the commuter rail (differs from light rail because there are no steps and there is room for bags) and immediately enter the spacious center. If you are flying United, Delta, Southwest, or American, there is an indoor sky cap room where...More

There are many scenic train rides in Colorado- I can't post a link, but search for 7 GORGEOUS SCENIC TRAIN RIDES THROUGH COLORADO. Was in 303 magazine. In winter there is also a train from Denver to Winter Park ski resort.
