I brought my boys here age (4, 7 and 8) they enjoy playing at the beach and renting paddle boards, kayaks etc. I wouldn't come here if all we were planning on doing was swimming. Nice place to have some outdoor fun. play volleyball, frisbee...More

Having lived in Boulder for 20 years, it boggles my mind that people actually pay a fee to come here and swim. The water is disgusting. There's so much bacteria that they often have to close it for safety reasons. There's actually oil in the...More

Has a swimming area, ability to kayak, put your boat in. Has a small beach as well. Neat space within a few miles of downtown Boulder.

I've been here twice and was disappointed both times. The lifeguards really love their stringent rules (like no splashing or jumping off the floating thingy) and take all the fun out of swimming there. They'll claim it is for safety, but they take it to...More

Place for the family, with good parking and many different environments to enjoy. You can go for a swim here, play ball, go running on the dam walls bike in and around. It was free during that weekend, but there is a cover price to...More

Nice park with good beaches and places to swim and put a boat in. When the wind gets up it would be suitable for sailing or windsurfing. There is a cafe. Not much shade so take your own. Dogs are not allowed in the park,...More
