My family enjoyed the variety of shops on the Mall. Lots of restaurants as well. There was also live entertainment from a dance group.

We enjoyed this area so much on our recent trip that we came back more than once. Many restaurants to choose from. Street performers and a wide variety of locals, tourists, and dogs strolling down the street.

the people on the mall are worth watching and there is good shopping ... the busker's were the best part of the day and I really enjoyed the kids fountain

The street entertainers are engaging. The mix of people is fascinating.There are some unique shops. I really enjoyed talking to the furniture makers in their shop a block away from the Boulderado.

I think as long as the shops are open and the weather is good that anytime should be fine.

I think lunch time since there are several really nice places to eat. But anytime is great. Store hours vary. There is always something going on. Have fun.
