Great location and service to learn how to cross-country ski and explore some of the trails around Lake Tahoe. On some days they even have free lessons!

Nice place to spend an afternoon cross country skiing. Friendly staff and nice rental shop / very inexpensive. As novices we spent much time falling. The trails all have tracks cut but coming down hills causes one to blow out of the tracks and crash....More

Scenery is typical sierras, no real lake views. This still is a fun place to ride . Trail maps at every junction. some single track and long climbs.
