This beach had a wonderful breeze and waves that weren't very big. It was clean on the beach but the bathroom could use a good scrub. Parking was difficult to come by as the lot was very full.

yes, it is..Long Beach port is not far from Seal Beach..maybe 25-30 mins with traffic..
