Recently took both my mom & mother in law here when they visited us in Santa Rosa. Easy to get to, beautiful grounds, free to visit and quite informative plus relaxing! There is a tour well worth the small fee charged.

The most beautiful flowers and grounds for viewing in Santa Rosa. We had a nice walk through the grounds then sat in the shade on a comfy bench.

I would agree with Kevin G - certainly worth a visit even taking account of perhaps a few steps.
