We were headed to the beach and saw these shops and decided to take a walk down them. It was great exploring the cafes bars and high street stores. There is also a mall with designer shops inside so definitely something for everyone. Worth checking...More

I saw water bowls outside and lots of small dogs so on the walk/street I'd say yes. However in the stores it's probably a store by store decision.
