We parked in this small parking lot where there was plenty of space. This is a fabulous sandy beach for a walk and there are walking paths behind above road level. Unfortunately we didn't have time to do these but we may be back!

This beach is absolutely beautiful and was relatively empty when we visited in the middle of a sunny (but cold) Sunday afternoon. Just a few families with their dogs and some fishermen -- didn't seem like a big party beach. (Probably because there are no...More

My friend and I were taking a drive down the coast, from Pacifica, and we just had to stop at this little beach. It's so beautiful and there were lots of people in the water even though it was only 60 degrees!

We really enjoyed walking this beautiful beach, even in winter. Many hiking trails on the headlands too.

This is a beautiful sandy beach with rolling waves that are really picturesque. We even saw a seal sunbathing on the beach oblivious to us all. Lovely.

We drove by San Gregorio State Beach on our way to Santa Cruz and were surprised by its beauty! It was completely deserted, and I'm guessing it was too chilly a day (by California standards) for swimming, but what a lovely spot.
