If you get a chance book the personal wine blending class. The teaches have great palates and will spend the time to help you learn yours. At the end you bring home a bottle of your own custom wine. Lots of fun. Recommended

The wine maker met us and was very informative. We loved the laid back ambiance, the polaris cart vineyard tour, and the wine tasting in their cave. It is a refreshingly modest tour and it offers great wines. I would recommend it :)
