The tour gives a good behind the scenes view of what is going on at the CIA. The tour guides are very knowledgeable and the architecture is fascinating.

Gorgeous buildings and grounds. We did a tour and then a cooking competition for fun. We had a great time learning to sharpen our culinary skills with 4 master chefs. We all had a great time at CIA.

Agree with the previous comments. Strongly recommend that you make a reservation at the conservatory where the students are making every effort to create a more elegant environment in a beautiful setting.
