    Amazing!
Went to the downtown location for a quick stop on our road trip from Austin to Monterrey. My kids and dog wanted to have some time in the park across the street so I popped in for a quick wine tasting. The hostess sat me up front and the service was outstanding. The wine was impeccable but what mattered most was how kind and generous the entire staff but especially my sommelier was. She was the absolute best. I hands down recommend this place for a wine tasting. You can bring your dog inside as well!

Excellent lunch, Enjoyable Wine, Knowledgeable Server, Pricy!
We really enjoyed our visit. We've been big fans of Justin Cabs, and some of their Cab blends. Isosceles always a favorite. It's a bit of a drive off 101 with lots of curvy roads; however, it's a beautiful site. We had reservations for lunch, arriving a little earlier than intended. We sat down immediately, the server offered a complementary taste of Viognier. It was nice. I ordered the Isosceles and my wife the Right Angle. We split a salad, burger and fries. We also took home a $40 bottle of wine. All in, $170. Seems pricy for a burger, salad, two glasses of wine and a bottle to go. But, we would do it again. Enjoy!

Justin has a gem in Vernon
We visited Justin vineyards earlier this week and had one of the best wine tasting experiences ever. This was our second time at Justin but the two experiences could not have been anymore different. Although the wines were fantastic , and we are Justin Club members, our host Vernon ( or aka Brian) was truly outstanding in his knowledge, humor, service and made our visit one of the most memorable. Thank you Vernon.

We stopped by at the last minute , 15 min to closing , no time to do any tasting . Alicia greeted us & was extremely friendly& accommodating . We said we wanted to buy some wines . She took us to Larry who was v informative , knowledgeable and helpful in selecting the wines . We were really impressed by the customer service & they did not at any time hint that is closing time & to hurry .

    Fabulous folks and wines here.
We actually went to the tasting room in downtown Paso Robles because they’re open a little later. The staff was very accommodating and attentive. The wines here are amazing, much better than what we can buy in grocery stores!

The winery is fantastic. The food is fantastic. The wine is fantastic. The servers and the people who gave us our tasting were fantastic. The host, not so much. He gets an F- We were there on 4/12/24. I’m hoping someone at the winery or Figi Water reads this. We had a 1 pm reservation. All that was available was a small high top by the door to the patio. We took it. Servers were in and out and the door would stay open. It was very cold and foggy. We moved the table back. Still cold. We asked to be moved to a table in the dining area. We were told as soon as this table was available, they would move us. Another table became available. I was happy we were moving. By now our food and plates and glasses did not fit on our small table top. The host walked by. I motioned to him, can we move. He looked me straight in the eye. Ignored me and brought another couple to the table. Finally, the other table became available. The man who was doing our tasting moved us without asking the host this time. The host was upset. A much nicer experience in the dining area. Another couple was given the high top. They asked to be moved within five minutes. They didn’t sit anyone else there. If he had been my employee, I would have fired him on the spot. Will still drink Justin, but sure wish I could speak to a manager there.

A fabulous drive from Paso Robles to the JUSTIN winery on Christmas Eve, we had a 1pm reservation for tasting and treats. The host was fantastic, we had great seats outside next to the tasting room windows at a high table and wonderful standing heaters to keep the winter cold away. We loved the wine samples and took a box of 6, including a bottle of ISOSCELES to share with special friends.
Sadly, I left my North Face jacket on the back of the chair that I sat on. It was not till later that evening I noticed I left the jacket. Thrice on separate days after we got back home I called JUSTIN so I could send funds to cover shipping the jacket back home to me. First call right they were to look and get back to me, third call on Jan 3 after not hearing from them they said the jacket was not turned in. I told the rep that the jacket must have been taken and their reply was they don't know if that was what happened. My reply was, well I left it and no one turned it in, so someone must have taken it, not accusing guest or hired help. I was told...sorry for that. Out $ 120+ for a new North Face.
If you go, enjoy all that is special....just keep track of all your belongings.

We stayed at the Vintners Villa, so we received free wine tasting for 3, which was excellent and enjoyable. The server was entertaining and kept bringing us tastes from the premium list, so we got a good sense of the best that Justin produces, which is world class wine.

We did not eat at the restaurant but breakfast came with the Villa, served at the restaurant. I thought it wasn't anything special. There weren't any choices; you just were served what the cook prepared. The avocado toast was OK, as was the cofffe, but I passed on the breakfast of all carbs (oatmeal with pre-added sugar and a potato gratin). I was offered a small bowl of fruit, and the cut fruit had an onion taste--yuck! The last day was an eggwhite-spinach frittata that was over salted, as was the tiny side salad.

The Villa came with plush robes and a bottle of wine, plus a nice outdoor area and nice furnishings like a high end hotel, but otherwise had issues. The worst part of our stay was that the Villa had no cell service and the wifi kept bouncing us out every few minutes, requiring reregistering every time to get back on. The TV channels were very limited, and streaming failed due to the poor wifi. The TV antenna went out, so we had nothing the last two nights. Unlike a hotel, there is no one on site to call after work hours, if you could call. Also the kitchen was cute but limited--it was billed as a cook's kitchen. It had a great gas stove and a few pans, but lacked basics like mixing bowls, a cheese grater, and serving plates or utensils. The refrigerator did not produce ice or water, as it wasn't hooked up. Also it was in a small hole, so the door on the right didn't open fully. That meant half the refrigerator was unuseable because the drawers could not be pulled open.

I enjoyed the wine tasting, but I would not stay at the winery again--the terrible wifi was not acceptable, esp without cell service. If we'd had an emergency, it would have been hard to know what to do to get help without working phones.

Service! Service! But OMG, the food! How can every morsel be so spectacular? More beautiful than art! This dining experience ranks at the top of any meal ANYWHERE. French Laundry can take some pointers on how to serve remarkable food without pretension. So special and we are doing it again tonight!
