Most weekends and some holidays there is family entertainment like Opera In The Park, during spring break they had run rides for the kids, a sidewalk chalk art contests, there is live entertainment on most 1st Fridays of the month and more activities.

This is a multi-use park, with the library, a baseball stadium, and lots of green space. Swim Center and Skate Park along one edge. Annual Opera in the Park is enjoyed by all and very popular.
