It still seems to be early days for this outlet mall limited number of outlets at the present time, but the ones that are there you could get some great bargains. I got three pairs of long trousers and one shirt and my wife got...More

The mall has a nice indoor mini golf course, a few decent restaurants, a candy shop, and a few other assorted businesses. Our favorite is the Pendleton store as we find some really great deals on their sale merchandise. I wouldn't make a special trip...More

Wow...why is this building still open? There are only about three or four open shops now (....plus a couple of artist-type places that were closed when I happened to stroll through on a Wednesday afternoon--- during Spring break---so what might that tell you?). I suspect...More

This mall is dog friendly, has some good activities for kids but most things were closed during the week and there were a lot of empty spaces. Too bad, this place could be a great place to spend more time. As for factory outlets, there...More

Appears to be a dying outlet mall, sadly. Very attractive conversion, but just not that much foot traffic, stores going out. Kids love the huge candy store, and the Pendleton store can be good if you are careful to buy on sale and only quality...More

I can't imaging anyone driving specifically to go shopping here but if you are in the area it's a nice stop to walk thru the mall. We ate at First Awakening which is reason enough to go to the mail.

There are few shops, and those that are open, are not good. For example, the Pendleton outlet looks as if the clothes were left over from the 70's/80's. The blankets were made from a very rough and scratchy wool -not the quality one would find...More

This outlet has been around for at least 25 years, a lot of stores are gone but they still have Pendleton. At one time when the military base was open this outlet was very busy. Parking is easy.

DO NOT expect to have a huge outlet mall such as you pass along a freeway. It is clean and we did enjoy the shops we looked in - but there are many empty businesses. We will come again as my husband can almost always...More

This was our first visit here in a few years. About 15 years ago this mall was full of shops. Now it contains very few shops, a gym and a few restaurants. There is a black light miniature golf course on the second level. There...More
