Great location, the oldest house in Oakdale! Well thought out displays. Docents very helpful and informed. A sign directing one to the parking lot would be helpful.

The two docents were extremely knowledgeable and anxious to share information with us. When I pressed interest in the antique ear horn in one of the cases they were eager to sag information. Although the items were not arranged by the rooms where items would be found, except for the 930's kitchen and the room with items from a period school room; the house was full of interesting period items with useful *& informative information. I would recommend it to people desiring an overview of locall history. It is not a very large museum.

This museum is located in an historic house in downtown Oakdale. It is a small home filled with photos and artifacts since the time of the founding of Oakdale.
