We created a new kind of tour - its a Walking Tour meets Interactive Show. Created by a former Disney Imagineer and performers from world-class improv houses. Our urban adventures combine live performances with original music & interactive...more
I've traveled to 71 countries and have been on many walking tours all over the world. This by far is one of my favorites. I got to know Venice in a whole other level and felt like a kid again. Fun times!
I live in LA and have never been introduced to all the little gems and local secrets of why Venice is so unique and loved. Context is decisive so learning the history as told in first person by hosts who improv'd and were professional actors...More
I'd never been to Venice Beach before. As far as I was concerned, it was freak central and I wanted nothing to do with it.
I'm so glad I took this tour.
I'm now in love with Venice.
I forget that oftentimes respect or enjoyment...More
So much fun! A super creative and spontaneously interactive experience. You get to see Venice, experience Venice and Interact with Venice. I'm not typically big on tours but this one has changed my mind!
This one is for the playful at heart, who dig the beach, big dreams, and getting a side dish of history along with their fun. The Mojo Maps guides are all actors, who pull together an interactive performance at the stops along this walking tour...More
Mojo Maps is a very refreshing way to visit LA and discover the past newly. This tour is a unique play through Venice beach history. It encourages you to be creative on the spot, takes you back in time and has you participate in Venice...More
What a great experience. Mojo Maps takes you on a truly unique tour of Venice. The tour itself is more of a show in which the audience participates. The guides are actors, musicians, and comedians that use their talents to inform while keeping everyone entertained...More

If you're looking for an adventurous and wildly creative way to explore one of LA's most pretty & interesting neighborhoods, this is a great idea. Imagine a walking tour, a scavenger hunt, and a team-building exercise rolled into one. For me, I think it ran...More
The Mojo Maps Veniceland tour was an experience like no other I've ever been on before. When the flier said "interactive" I wasn't sure what that would entail and at first I was skeptical. The tour unfolded into an immersive Venice experience! As a native...More
Venice has always danced to its own beat as the epicenter of bohemian culture in Los Angeles. Along the boardwalk there are street performers and local craftsmen selling their wares. Original paintings, souvenirs, and jewelry are on display. Crowds of visitors marvel at the sites while weightlifting enthusiasts pump iron in plain view, and skateboarders do their tricks around the skate park. All of it
happens under the warm California sun with sprawling views of sand and sea. Heading east, the main drags of Abbot Kinney Boulevard and Main Street are lined with boutique shops, some major retail stores, art galleries and restaurants. Here the ambiance is more relaxed and upscale than the frenetic boardwalk area. Venice is a mostly walkable (and certainly bikeable) neighborhood, full of areas to explore.
