Awful mall. If you’re in town for a holiday you’re wasting your time shopping here while there’s such beautiful shopping districts such as Rodeo, the Grove, and century city. There’s no good food to keep your energy up. Most of the stores are on their way out if they aren’t new. Even footlocker closed down.

Hi D9381ULgabrielt and thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We're sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your visit. While we do not have a traditional food court, we offer quick bites and our street-level restaurants. Foot Locker was temporarily closed for remodeling and is now open. We hope you will visit again and give us a chance.

I have just been shopping at the Beverly Center. While at H&M I noticed a man who was talking to himself and acting strangely. I made a mental note of it and went on my way. Later in the same store he accosted me and threatened me for ‘following him’ and said he would “f*#k me up” He was clearly unsettled and of course I was not following him but trying to stay away from him. At check-out I asked if security was around and was told no. I found security and told them about him. I then went on my way feeling shaken. I went to Bloomingdale’s men’s store and there he was coming at me and muttering threats under his breath. I notified the people working there to call security but they were not up to date on this person’s behavior. I left Bloomingdale’s and left the Beverly center and will not be back soon as I very much feel unsafe there. This man was obviously not well and singled me out and nothing was done about it. Is this the new normal at the Beverly Center?

As shopping malls go, this one is a good one. This mall has been around forever, but they've kept it ultramodern, bright, and filled with useful stores. Parking is ridiculously cheap. I parked for several hours, used one of the EV charging stations, and only ended up paying $3. Conversely, parking near Union Square in San Francisco, 4,500% higher.

What a disappoint this shopping centre was, it had no soul at all. There was next to none food options. The numerous expensive shops were very ordinary. We stayed at the Sofitel across the road and we were very disappointed with this shopping centre experience. And for most of the time the centre seems empty of shoppers.

You can find same shops in Ohio or somewhere else. I was expecting something more from the Beverly Hills Centre . Having said that everything is clean and looks good and pretty but I expected something more wow

I visit Los Angeles and Beverly Hills (from San Diego) several times a year and we like to shop in nice areas. I was initially impressed when I parked at the ChargePoint EV station (screen read $0.00 for the first 4 hours). I was happy and we thought we'd come back here for dinner over the next week that we're in town. I received a follow-up text message to confirm free charging. After shopping and unplugging the car from the charger, I learnt that they had charged $0.50 per kWh. I called ChargePoint and was told that the cost was more expensive than Tesla superchargers....something like $6-7 per hour. FALSE advertising! Needless to say, I will refrain from returning. If I do, I won't be using the charging stations.

But I think the business should consider not being too greedy with electricity and parking. This service should act as a means of bringing guests in. Taking this money from chargers misleadingly doesn't early loyalty.

This is a shopping experience for a tourist who wants to see a “designer” label in a mall, not a repeat customer, because anything truly original such as the “on the cusp “edge of fashion with names like Ron Kibble and Dope Tavio- to just name a few- or the new young designer/owner at FREE AGENT, with his sharp as a knife eye for detail and fit, won’t want to stay in this ghost town of a mall. I think that very soon, you may not have the opportunity to purchase one of a kind, beautifully crafted, insanely edgy with a wink at punk, carefully curated store ( FREE AGENT) will be leaving for a more sophisticated, nurturing, BU$Y environment. Too bad, the management at this mall can’t WAKE UP and smell the coffee….oh, sorry, there is NOWHERE to just buy a decent cup of coffee.
Spend your day somewhere that isn’t just proud of it’s cheap parking and huge empty floors and stores. You can find “designer” labels in any big city, this brand new, innovative store, FREE AGENT, managed to be both a breath of fresh air and unavailable on Amazon DURING A PANDEMIC. Run, don’t walk, to this razor sharp store before it finds $GREENER pastures and a location that actually cares that they’re there.

Excellent center but avoid the cafeteria on the 6th floor like the plague. Long waiting times, unnecessary because they don’t care about their customers, and extremely rude personnel. Everywhere in the centre staff is extremely friendly and helpful, but there they are close to abusive. We had to wait 15 minutes to be seated at a table that was available all along and when I said something about it the manager came to us and asked us to leave because that stuff was ‘uncomfortable with us’. NEVER AGAIN.

Super nice mall! I really like it here, between the shops and all the restaurants in here, it really is a great mall. Tons to do even in the area, highly recommend checking it out!

Had a great shopping experience here whilst on holiday in beverly hills. Went on a Tuesday morning so it was nice and quiet. Lots of designer shops but I fell in love with macys and got lots of designer labels at knock down prices so was able to bring home lots of pressies for the grandkids. Staff were super helpful in there too
