We especially visited Solvang as I had been there in 1980. Just lovely. Danish everywhere. It was Danish Days Festival. There were folk dancing and playing traditional songs. The Architecture is attractive. A definite must visit.

Hi, Just to clarify this village is a DANISH, village not dutch. There is a big difference. Its wonderful and amazing culture about the danish people. Spectacular food, and language. Highly recommended !

Took a day trip to Solvang traveling from Santa Barbara. Beautiful and short drive from Santa Barbara. A wonderful tourist town with good restaruants and shopping. Very much enjoyed the wine bars.
