Stop in and meet Celeste. She is the friendly shop proprietor who will sit in one of her comfortable chairs and talk with you. Joe R’s has a nice selection to choose from and is close to the Long Beach convention center and the surrounding hotels. Stop by if you are in the neighborhood.

Was in Long Beach looking for a lounge to sit down and have a cigar. Joe R's is a perfect place for that. It doesn't sell drinks or food of any kind, but there is a 7/11 kiddy corner to it, where you can bring in something to snack on.

It was a sunny day so I sat out in front of the shop, talking to some of the locals and watching the rest of the world pass by. Great Humidor selection, comfortable chairs to lounge in, recommended.

I'm a Long Beach native, and I go here during my lunch hour just about every afternoon during the week. The owner, Celeste, is friendly, informative, gracious, and always very helpful.

Here you'll find a large selection of cigars ranging from around six dollars and up. There are six comfortable lounge chairs situated in the room with two TV screens, and all of the smoking customers i've met are friendly.

There's an upstairs area for private events should you have a party or a meeting with a bunch of cigar smokers. The building was built in the 1920s and the shop has been remodeled and renovated when she bought it over a year and a half ago.

It's the only cigar lounge downtown right now and it's a comfortable enjoyable visit.
If you need a cocktail, Celeste can direct you to at least a couple of "cigar friendly" restaurant patios only several yards away if you would like to walk over to smoke and imbibe.
