There's not a huge amount going on here, but it is nice to explore for the day. They do day trips from town, perhaps find a way to explore this without following this day tour as it was a bit disappointing.

We visited the park from Sihanoukville and, rather than take a tour, we organised the trip ourselves. This involved haggling for a taxi for the day ($35) and paying our own way once we arrived at the park. We wanted to do the walk, but...More

We took a 2 hour boat trip here hoping to see much of the wildlife we had read about, and to explore the mangroves. Unfortunately, it was very difficult to know what the trip would entail as there was no information at the Ranger's office...More

There are mixed reviews about this national park and I went with an open mind. I went as a private individual with the owner of my guest house. First we went to the HQ near Sihanoukville airport and then we were sent to the rangers...More

Taken by tuk tuk from Sihanoukville town. Took a small boat ride through the mangroves, stunning, excellent food at the only restaurant there, then a walk around Princes Island. Worth a visit, could easily spend half a day here.

We originally had the plan to book ourselves a seat on one of the tourist excursions to Ream National Park offered at the tourist information booths. These appeared to be full, so we decided to go there on our own. A taxi dropped us off...More

It's a quiet place with not really great sights, it's more of a ride with a boat on the river and a short walk through a swamp. The last part is more interesting when the trees get thicker and the river goes narrow. But the...More

I used a local taxi driver - Mr Sokha phone. 081336253. Nice clean car, English speaking, he drove us out to Ream and waited to take us back. My memory of the price he charged is either $40 or $50. The park guides charge a... More
