Attended the Ramona Play, parking was good, had a a van give us a ride to entrance. Outside attractions included food and music and dance groups. Plenty of shaded seating. Amphitheater is large but seating is rustic, advisable to rent or bring cushions. Also bring...More

Fun day experiencing an outdoor entertainment venue. Just stay away when it is hot, it is basically carved out of the mountains and rocks.

The production was excellent and enhanced by the facilities and location. The play is historic and the updated production lends itself to an enjoyable outing. ell worth the visit.

We went to an outdoor concert here to hear The Mustangs. This is such a wonderful, natural amphitheatre. The setting with the rock formations is beautiful and adds to any performance whether it be a concert or the play "Ramona". They rent cushions (only $2)...More

If you love theater I would highly recommend seeing "Ramona" at least once. Based on a novel written in the 1850's that shaped the future of Southern California tourism, it is a love story and history lesson. Actors are phenomenal. Yes it can be hot....More

No. They do not allow outside food and drink. However what you purchase there can be taken into the Amphitheatre itself.

You can bring a stadium seat with a back as well
