We are not Jack London people but are park/outdoors people so we spent a few hours here. Received a tour of London's house from a friendly volunteer docent. Learned a lot about him and his wife in a short amount of time. Otherwise, it's a...More

Truly a great stroll though time & a historic part of our history mostly untold or at least to me having only read one novel in school Perhaps we should all commit ourselves to a pertinent cause moving forward ❣️

This is my favorite thing to do in the Valley, both to bring visitors to and also just to hike myself. Jack London was a tremendous adventurer as well as being the most prolific writer of his time. The museum is attractive and engaging and...More

The farm house and the ruins were very interesting, the estate extremely beautiful. Unfortunately the museum was closed due to renovation; I know it is common for museums to charge the full price in those cases, but still I think this is not o.k.

A very interesting house and grounds. The grounds are will maintained and have trails and pleasant walks. There are the remnants of a working farm as well. The lodge where Jack London lived, worked and died was fascinating to visit. Highly recommend a visit here

A pleasant place to visit and walk about. Jack London had many strings to his bow but they were not developed much here. The museum was shut so may be that will be remedied. Nevertheless a pleasant time to had just wandering and looking in...More

Lovely place to hike with redwoods, stunning views of the vineyards, meadows. Jack London's cottage is a gem and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I can see why Jack London called it the "beauty ranch".

This park combines natural beauty, history, and literary history in one. Also agriculture. I had no idea London was such a visionary. The Wolf House ruins are haunting and beautiful. The cottage is charming.

Jack London State Park not only has California redwoods but also the cabin of writer Jack London, which is maintained through your $10 parking fee and a volunteer staff. The park itself is a great place for a hike or a picnic.

We enjoyed Jack London State Park. Not only is the land lush and vibrant...but they allow dogs (in some places)...and there is plenty of history about Jack London. We had a great time.

There really are two tours? The house that was built after Jack London's death and the dream house that burned down, then there is the house that they lived in and this is a separate area. If you bring a picnic lunch you... More
