Hiked to the peak, which is about 3 miles of climbing on dirt road. It gets very exhausting toward the end but it is so pleasing! Bring plenty of water and snacks.

2516 foot high coastal mountain next to East Bay Fremont, CA. Somewhat easy, (but always troubled) access ... via a cul de sac area in an up-scale housing complex, that parkers abuse the resident's driveways and sidewalks, hikers walking all over their property, ... or...More

Views are amazing, creeks are pretty cool for exploring as well. Great walking and hiking - I do not recommend the highest points of the trail for small children,

Come prepared for a beautiful climb. Bring water and experience seeing birds, cows and reaching the top. There are 2 ways to get to trailheads. One climb is steeper and scenery prettier. A must do for locals.

My wife says “Let’s Hike and climb the totem pole”. I was intrigued so I went. Uh. It was not a totem pole. It was a metal pole at the top of the hill. If you are looking for a solid hike then you should...More

Parking is limited, however you can get the free spot if you have patience. Street parking available a little ahead. There are very few spots with shade on this trek, so don't forget your hats/caps sun screen and sun shades. For regular healthy folks uphill...More
