This is a great hike for families. Only about a mile in and lots of beauty. The terrain is not too rough and the creek is refreshing when it gets too hot.

lived here for 42 years and still find this place beautiful and worth the hike. Great family outing and there is a shallow stream for waing and cooling off. The community came together a few years ago and cleaned the place up so it is...More

Quick and easy trail to the heart rock. People have painted graffiti around the heart rock which is a bummer. Fun sight of the heart and small waterfall. Saw diamondback snakes in area - be careful.

Grew up near here and loved to go skinny dippin here with the ol gang! This is a smaller version of Deep Creek out past Cedar Glen. Watch for broken glass in the water. Dont drink the water!

Went here in April 2018 and proposed to my now fiancee at Heart Rock. the trail is easy to find and the path is well trodden. The Heart rock itself is amazing. Perfect for a couples or family hike.

An easy hike of about 30 minutes each way, but if you drive up the paved lane it is about half of that. Well worth it to see this unique heart shaped rock pool with an adjoining waterfall, we visited early May, but March/April may...More

Hike is a little over a mile. It's mostly an easy path, some patches can get slippery. The rock surrounding the heart is slippery, so be careful when climbing it!

If you go early, you can go up the paved one lane next to Camp Seely and snag one of the 5-6 spots at the trail head! You will be glad you did after hiking back. DO NOT go down the 45 degree trail just...More
