We were staying at the Lodge/Spa, so we got a complimentary tasting. And, boy were we pleased! The wines were all really great. Our server was very knowledgeable and let us try just about everything. The patio was lovely and relaxing -- we literally spent...More

I was there alone for a quick wine-tasting, but was welcomed by the server (Phil) and then by a friendly group of fellow tasters. The wines were all first rate, especially the Pinot Noirs, which were some of the best I have tasted anywhere.

My wife and I fell in love with Bernardus' Pinot Noir(s) a few years ago on a visit to Monterey. We did not join the wine club but would buy from them from time to time to have nicer wine for special occasions. This past...More

Andrea helped us select our wine. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with our selections. We had a great time sampling and it didn't break the bank!

This review is only for the reds - didn't try the white wines. Good winery overall for reds but not 5-star, especially for the price. One of the Pinots was amazing (the Pisoni, in which they source from Gary Pisoni). But the others weren't up...More

We've always liked the Pinot from here. If you like a cab, see if you can get the Parrot Ranch. It's an off brand for Bernardus, but we really like it, especially for a much lower price than the typical Meritage. The Meritage is always...More

We stopped in for a tasting and ended up joining the wine club! The wines are really nice and we enjoyed visiting with the other tasters! One of the best wineries in CarmelValley!

We went on a wine hunt after being chased from Napa/Sonoma. We aren't big pinot noir drinkers, but really enjoyed the sauv blanc and the Marinus. Quite a difference in taste (and cost!) between the Marinus vintages. Get the 2012.
