This is a truly beautiful Mission to tour or just walk around and enjoy the remarkable restoration. The museums are loaded with historical artifacts and the church and grounds provide a sense of serenity.

Beautiful old mission. Very historic. A must visit when in this area. Easy to find. Once you visit the inn go behind it to find Clint Eastwood’s Mission Ranch. Food service only on weekends. Beautiful patio for burgers.

Carmel Mission is one of the oldest of the mission churches in CA. It is larger than most, very beautiful, with a hand carved alter.
