The area
Neighborhood: Beverly Hills
Beverly Hills began as a modest village years ago and today you can still feel its small town origins, even though it has become a major tourist attraction and business center for the entertainment industry. This town lives up to its reputation as an area full of designer retail stores and residential streets lined with mansions and palm trees. Inside the commercial center of Beverly Hills, along Rodeo Drive, droves of tourists peak into ultra-luxurious boutiques hoping to catch a glimpse of someone famous. Off of Rodeo Drive however is where some of the most affluent Angelenos occupying the streets of Beverly Hills come for leisurely meals, power lunches and beauty treatments.

If you desire to go shopping in Beverly Hills, you will land up in the Golden Triangle. Located between Santa Monica Boulevard, Canon Drive and Wilshire Boulevard is The Golden Triangle, a collection of seven smaller commercial streets that encompass the business district of Beverly Hills. The world-famous Rodeo Drive is part of the Golden Triangle. This district contains 25 top of the line boutiques One can find Cartier (watches) / Louis Vuitton (shoe store) / Gucci Beverly Hills (women’s clothing) / Tony Style Tuxedos (men clothing) & Tiffany & Co. (jewelry) among these shops. If you’re hungry, you can partake at 23 outstanding restaurants to satisfy your appetite. Il Fornaio, Mastro's Steakhouse and The Penthouse at Mastro's are just a few of these excellent eateries located within the shopping district. Numerous fitness Centers, Cafes and Bars are scattered throughout the area. This shopping district is at the top of the list for its lavish and opulent shops. Due to a limited budget, was unable to purchase any of the merchandise on display. Had a great time window shopping and watching others doing the same. If one is interested in Public Art, Beverly Hills, is the perfect spot for you. Located in Beverly Canon Gardens just in front of the Maybourne Beverly Hills Hotel, is the “Beverly Hills is Beautiful” sculpture by Mr. Brainwash. Nothing fancy, just a block of pink colored metal designed to represent cursive words that read “Beverly Hil is Beautiful.” This beautiful pink sculpture created in 2019 represents the essences of Beverly Hills. Beverly Hills is truly beautiful and well worth visiting.

We stumbled across this as we were walking around Rodeo Drive. It was Christmas time and they had carol singers and amazing decorations.

You don't need to shop, but do it if you feel like it or have the money, lol, when in Los Angeles, walk in Beverly Hills is a pleasure, visit the Golden Triangle full of nice restaurants and upscale stores and fashion, window shopping is free, take a look to the latest fashion and have a nice meal in one of the surrounding restaurants

Nice to stroll around in this area for window-shopping as the shops here are all luxury brands.
It’s a typical shopping street with some nice cafes/ restaurants around. Visiting it once just to have an idea is enough for me.

I’m surprised this is listed as something to do in Beverly Hills. It’s basically a street with shops designed to look like the many beautiful quaint streets in Europe. Nice shops but it’s pretty cheesy. Rodeo Drive is more interesting and authentic.

While walking down Rodeo Drive we walked upon this beautiful street which has some very nice photo opportunities. While we didn't go shopping here we did enjoy the people watching and the pretty store fronts. I would only recommend coming here if already on Rodeo Drive, but is definitely worth it when nearby.

Great area to take a walk, window shop, and enjoy the ambiance of the Rodeo Drive area. Don't be afraid to pop into a shop to check out the offerings.
