Great little real ale house. Great service low prices real ale to die for changed by the barrel. Be aware to bring cash as no electronic payment system. Easy as cash points local. Please try, won't disappoint.

Excellent micropub, friendly and relaxed. The ales are always interesting and served in tip top condition. You won't get a murky pint here.

Although not my closest, it's always a crucial part of a night out for me. There is an inundation of pubs around Dartford and Crawford that don't seem beer-forward, but The Penny Farthing actually cares about the beer culture. Some of the micro pubs don't...More

If you are walking the LOOP between Erith and Bexley you MUST stop for a pint (or even half or more) at the Penny Farthing, a place with a better and more interesting ale selection than many "full sized" pubs elsewhere. Congenial, homey, and with...More

It’s no good going here if you are a lager drinker but for a real friendly place for a Sunday lunchtime pint of Best! Nibbles provided!
