Architecture of the past was something else entirely! I spent a good hour just walking across these corridors and simply getting lost. It's amazing how tranquil the spaces are.

Mandu visit is incomplete without a leisurely tour of Rani Roopmato Palace. If you are a true romantic, the sheer beauty of the locale itself will enthrall you.

Rani Roopmati pavillion or mahal is a small watch tower with beautiful view of plains from the top. It is said to be built by Baaz Bahadur for his love Rani Roopmati. Best time to visit is during sunrise and sunset.

This is main attraction of Mandu. Better take a guide to know the real story. Little slope and stairs climbing is there but manageable for every age. Take atleast two hours to see full and in relax mood taking snaps and selfies.
