These are lying near Queen’s bath. These massive doors gives a glimpse of superior craftsmanship during the cultural rich days of Hampi. The carving work is quite detailed , these massive doors might have been operated by use of elephants.

Intricately desgined large doors, made of granite stones lying at the entrance of Mahanavami Dibba or Dasara Dibba. You could see the grooves of the doors, which tell a story that they could still be used.

The doors are near queens bath. The huge doors are wonder of the ancient sculptures. It is strange to know their operation as they are bulky. The maintenance is not appreciable on par with other monuments and ruins at Humpi. The carvings are beautiful.
