This hike can be quite strenous as after an initial flat part it goes almost strait up some 550-600m. Seriously worthwhile though. Great view of volcano as well as over sea and mountains. Sit down to listen and feel this live mountain

Nor too dificult, nor easy hiking up to the volcano. You will enjoy some beautiful views on the way. Don’t be surprised you can’t reach the crater, the path ends on nice look out on lakes and volcano. Wind jacket comes handy on top. Overall...More

Straight up, lots of stairs, ghost trees, new undergrowth, and amazing views at each level on the way up. Top of hill gives terrific view of the steaming volcano. Beautiful.
