The beach stretches for miles , fine white sand fringed with palm trees. The water is beautiful and clear and lovely to swim in, although in some parts it can get a bit rough where the waves break, it can also be great fun.

We have been traveling to the DR for many years and have yet to find a more picturesque beach in the DR. We stay at the Paradisussus Punta Cana but there are several other fine resorts on Bavaro Beach as well. Most are all inclusive....More

I have been to several islands in the Caribbean and I must admit that Bavaro Beach never disappoints.

You can walk for miles and enjoy the scenery, water is great for swimming up and down the beach. Love the white sand.

The beach is long but not flat for easy walk...and if the workers are not very active...there is annoying seeweeds which is not the best thing to have on a beach.

Beach was nice, no seaweed or sketchy stuff to step on. Lots of crooks on the beach selling nothing of any use, hotel Riu Republica is the worst i have ever been in my entire life

The beach had amazing views of the ocean. I enjoyed it on my honeymoon and my wife felt the same way
