Maite Marine Sanctuary is one of the popular dive sites in Siquijor Island, Philippines. Its has very nice macro environment and with dive centers nearby like Last Frontier Dive and Siquijor Divers.

Both of us really enjoyed this sanctuary. Clownfish, some pretty corals and easy access of the beach. Kids loved the multicoloured crabs at low tide and kept trying to catch them. Fun for all of us. Well worth the visit.

There is also a kayak renting at the spot. Price is 25 pesos hour, but we did not know and where charged 50. Still good fun.

Love the sheltered nature and easy dive. Got some excellent shots on some super macro and macro subjects. Will try for some wide angle close focus again!

Perfect colours, the reef is untouched. We have seen seaturtles, a seasnake and lots of fish. The coral garden is in shallow water with a drop off down to about 25m.
