This mall was alright to walk around and there's a few shops but not too many sport shops like I wanted. The food court up top is handy with cheap foods.

I've been here several times already. The place is accessible. But what I've notice was the powder is not clean.

Pacific Mall used to be the major mall in Legazpi bar none. Developments in the city however witnessed most of the growth of Ayala Malls, Robinson's Supermarket, SM Supermarket and Gregorian and caused the ultimate decline of the mall. It is still in competition and has its market share.

Yes there are biggish cities without an SM mall. Legaspi city is one. Convenient for commuters and car-owners. Supermarket, department stores, National bookstore, etc. Within walking distance are the bus and van terminals, the local market, a small inn (2nd floor) just at the bldg across- with a Watson's pharmacy and restaurants on the 1st floor (one is Erin's cafe where you can enjoy shisha and the best baby back ribs in the province). Also nearby is the best halo-halo I've enjoyed (DJC). Plenty of free parking adjacent to them.

Well, it is a typical mall. The lighting in some areas is kind of dim and the mall is a bit old. A bit crowded in some areas. But I have to say that as of now, this mall has more food choices than the newer mall that opened. What I noticed is that during brownouts, many establishments have no power. I went inside a diner and I had to wait for the lights to go back to order coffee. It seems that only the department store and supermarket are connected to the generator during brownouts.

One of the malls in :Legaspi City with a wide selections of stores. The movie theaters are quite small and the couple of times that i watch a movie there I did not enjoy it since I had to sit too close to the screen even if I took the seat the farthest seat away from the screen. . Finding parking space is also difficult.
