Went there first in 2016 when my eldest was bareky a year old. Returned there 6 yrs and 3 kids later.
Went there on a Monday and as expected, crowd is minimal. However, staff was also minimal. We have to wait for some time for the staff to finish manning another ride before they can accommodate us. There was even a single staff who mans 3 rides at a time. Most of the nice rides are closed.
Nevertheless, still a nice place for kids.

Last Dec 30, our family went to Sky Ranch to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We expected that it would be jampacked as it was holiday that day. The experience would have been perfect however the restrooms were really unsanitary. The garbage were everywhere in and out of the restrooms. My daughter really needed to pee that time and I just had to clean myself the toilet seat that was either covered with mud, pee or poop. It was horrible. I think Sky Ranch management forgot that we are in the time of pandemic. I hope they do something about it as this is a major turn off.

Before we went to skyranch we double checked the website if 18 and below are allowed to enter the theme park and the newly made dog park. It says specifically on the website that ages 15-65 are allowed to enter. We went to sky ranch just a few days ago. Went through the traffic, spent gas just to get to sky ranch and when we arrived there their staff didn't let us in. They said that 18 and below aren't allowed. We talked to the manager because they gave false information in the website. They didn't even want to let us in the parking area. They told us to drop 2 of our friends that were aged 17 outside of the parking area near the main road while my sister confronted the chief and the manager about this concern and they said that they would let my sister out the parking area just because she was talking to them about this concern. For sure there are a lot of staff and employees in skyranch and there are specific departments/employees that handles their social media page or website. I hope all of the staff and employees of skyranch will be responsible enough to update their websites to avoid false information as well as bring in professionalism instead of talking to tourists like a disrespectful unprofessional man.

We arrived at night and clouds were drifting across the mountain. There are restaurants before the entrance. Once we paid the entrance fee we descended into a market stall area. In front of that was Taal Volcano with a lookout adjacent to the market. There were many rides including a ferris wheel for an even better view and amusement stalls. The view at night is of course limited to lights of the settlements around the volcano. We would like to go again but next time in daylight.

The drive and the traffic are NOT worth it at all. Yes, you get a nice view of the Taal volcano but other than that the traffic is murderous if you drive. The worst drivers are here in the Philippines. The rules are "there are no rules" and the traffic well you get stuck in it for hours. The problem is the human factor. No accidents and bad weather but too many stupid Filipino drivers who don't obey anything. I can believe people don't even look to see where the oncoming traffic is coming from. So the attraction is just no worth it at all.

The entrance doesn't smell nice, because of the horses I guess, but the view is great. Pass that the air is fresh and most of the scenery are beautiful you can see it especially riding the sky eye.

Philippines doesn't have much of a choice when it comes to amusement parks. This one located in Tagatay is pretty average.
They don't have a full day pass unlike every other amusement parks. So you need buy entry tickets separate and then queue up to ride ticket counters and then select your rides and pay.
It's kind of confusing where you have to choose your rides and the number of times for each at one go unless you queue up again and again for even one ride.
Choice of rides are also limited and not all tickets available every time.

Overall it you want to visit this ensure you go there early around 8-9 am and get all your ride tickets at one go. This will help you and the mad rush which starts post 11 and also skip the queue at ride tickets counters.

My favorite part when we visited Tagaytay was our ferris wheel ride. You have to get past your fear to enjoy the breathtaking view of Taal. Skyranch is one of the highly recommended destinations for adventures, fun and amusement in Tagaytay.

Lights, games, rides, food, and toys! This place also has an indoor play area for a minimal entrance fee. Although, if anyone from management is reading this, please bring back the churros!
