Visiting the Sky
Dec 2020 • Couples
It was a nice place but it was not maintained properly. I do hope the local government would do something with it. The spot was really great as it was the peak, but the overall was not neat. I mean, if we really wanted to attract people other than the local, it should be presented very well. Just so sad that was never developed further.

The only steal we experience that day was the sea of clouds. Good thing we were able to catch it :)

Only the View
Jan 2020 • Family
The view is nice but the place is not clean. It is full of shops that sell souvenirs and snacks. Aside from the view, the place has nothing more to offer.

A must for everyone who visits tagaytay
Oct 2019
A must for everyone who visits Tagaytay.
The place are not properly maintained but let's face it, the entrance fee are very low compared to any tourist spot considering it is in a prime location.
Instead be focus on the breathtaking view and very calming cool breeze.
I've been here countless times still never fails to awe.

Cool Huts under the Sun!
Jan 2020
This place is a must-go in Tagaytay as there are so much activities you can do and you can also do some mini-hiking when going through the park and visiting their huts on the hillside. Exercise and a cool breeze makes it so special.

Relaxing View
Dec 2019
View of Taal Volcano is very relaxing. There are food stalls inside but offers limited choices. Locals of Tagaytay are very nice and friendly.

Awesome views, cool little shops
Jan 2020 • Couples
Admittedly the travel from our hotel took about as long as the ascent, descent, and time spent walking around viewing everything, so this isnt a full day activity. But its a cool place that i totally suggest to see if you are in Tagaytay. It was overcast and sprinkling on arrival, the walk to the top was steep but entirely manageable, im young but a heavy smoker and was able to do it in one go, so taking a break or two can make it manageable for anyone. I wasnt as encompassed by the architecture or building as i had hoped, some parts are very impressive, others just seem a little dilapidated and uncared for. But the views of everything were absolutely amazing, especially as the overcast clouds swept by us and cleared the view of everything in sight.

Worth the hike!
Dec 2019
You really do need transport to go here. Either rent a car or go on a tour as you enter the park and can only drive up to the upper car park unless you really want a hike in hot weather! The view is worth the effort and entry is very cheap ( slightly higher for Foreign visitors!). Now whatever you have heard about this place the "Palace"was planned by Imelda Marcos as a place to stay for a visiting Pope and President of the USA. It was never completed as the Country was suffering serious Financial difficulties mainly brought on by rampant inflation and corruption. The place was kept quiet for some time but then opened to enable the "people"to see what excesses had been planned at a time most people were suffering badly in their daily lives. Notwithstanding ( and ignoring the politics with the benefit we have now of many years reflection) the place encompasses the incredible style that Filipinos have in designing something like this. It is fair to say that there is surely nothing quite like it anywhere in the world. Now of course the shame is that it was never finished and is just an empty shell. Were it in a finished state it would be something that would rank even today against any hotel/accommodation anywhere in the world. beautiful timeless misty sunrises and sunsets overlooking the famous Lake Taal with live volcanoes. The site by the way was grabbed from the then Government Telecommunications Company. Visit Mid-week when it is less crowded and ponder over what might have been.

Fantastic views
Nov 2019
It is in need of upkeep, but the views are spectacular. You can spend time just taking in the views and it would have been worth the trip. There are no eateries , although there are plenty of vendors to buy snacks or souvenirs from.
A short distance from here are restaurants so you can definitely make it a half day visit

Cooles and relaxingt point in Tagaytay for a cheap price
Dec 2018
I've been here many times though I agree in most of the reviews that this place needs renovation.. but the reason I keep coming back here is the view..When I am feeling stressed, burnout, I am going back here. The trees on the side and the view while hiking is also nice. This is not a park that is glamorous but peace of mind can be found here and for me that is priceless. I just hope the government can at least do renovations on rusty areas.
