This temple is located in Woraiyur, Trichy. The sanctum sanctorum where goddess resides doesn't have a roof. It is a popular temple with locals. It is in the heart of the city and is easily accessible by public transport.

There is a"wish" tree made of yellow color paper wherein you can write your wishes down and they'll be granted by the Ambal here. It's at the entrance.
