It's one of the f as nous places in tricky to visit. There are two trains on grounds. Coal train and an old train engine. And there is a toy train for kids to go.

I traveled with my family and had 2 hours to kill Aat this important railway station recently. Due to high temperature at 35 deg plus, we went to the AC waiting hall, paid Rs 40 and went inside. It was horrible.... liquor and cigarette smell....More

A view of Trichy Railway station front part is superb. I heard this station is ranked the best kept one in India. Well maintained - neat and clean, strategically designed and the Museum is another jewel.

This is a Railway museum. In out door their is a play train for children which will be loved by your kids. There is also two trains. Indoor museum displays old documents, maps related to railway.

Kids really enjoyed just paying around. Hardly any crowd.. but good for visit with kids. The grounds outside could do with some maintenance. Nice toy train. The age old fire engine and the coal train engine parked in the grounds was great entertainment for our...More

Located near the Railway station , this heritage rail mesum houses soe of the vintage rail artefacts of the british era of Indian railway. Also on display are some old documents, equipments and maps and books used by our Indian railway. Worth its visit..
