We visited this sand bar in the ocean in our first visit to Los Roques five years ago, and it was magnificent. The best location in the islands. Regrettably, the locals advised us that the cayo was blown away in a storm.

Do not disturb: If you're lucky like us you will be alone on this magnificent sand cay in the middle of a turquoise ocean with your beach umbrella, chairs & iced lunch - Bliss

Go there, it is about 15 mins away from Gran Roque, passed Madrisky and Francisky...well worth a 2-3 hours visit. Try to get there early in the morning and you will be alone on the tiny island! Bring a sun shade though, there is absolutely...More
