El Yaque beach is very popular amongst people who like kitesurfing or windsurfing. The beach is windy enough and there are plenty of renting stores offering the equipment for a fair price. When you arrive there are "sharks" welcoming you and offering parasol and sand...More

El Yaque is a wind sports beach, there is no harbor or moorings, shallow water and waves.

No scuba either at El Yaque, the water is shallow, no reefs, great wind so therefore churned up water, visibility is about 5 feet. Great scuba on neighboring islands, El Roche? Probably spelled them wrong.
