Quite how this church survived the ravages of Hebridean weather in such good shape is hard to believe. Enjoyed the sheela-na-gig on the outside of the tower and the highly decorated stones inside. Even the stonework of the walls is a wonder to behold. Well...More

Don't take the car walk over the hill it is a fairly easy walk (I'm over 70 with bad knees) no problem. it is well worth the effort.

This 16th century church stands up very well to others of the same vintage, beautiful stonework, fireplaces and a really nice carved mantle piece with a variety of biblical scenes. Complete with s Sheila ma gigh outside
