Very well presented compact collection, focused on local history. Fascinating light house exhibition. A real gem. Soon to be moving into all new premises, but really suits its current location.

A lovely small museum, full of interest and variety. I particularly enjoyed the light from the lighthouse, the display of knitting equipment and the Pictish stone. Well worth a visit.

Lovely representation of pieces of the Gairloch areas history. Well presented and informative staff. Good place to go on a sunny or rainy day.

A local run friendly museum with lots to see and do. Lots of "interactive" items more automated than anything but a couple of hands on. The items are not the usual stuff you see in a museum so its good to get to see that....More

My husband and I had time to kill some we thought we'd pop in. - wow what a gem! The photos and interactive displays and other displays were fascinating. I never knew that a bomber had crashed nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly....More

This is worth a visit. Staff very helpful and informative. I have waited years to go here I should have done it sooner. The gairloch has a interesting history that goes back many years.

lovely little place in the wilds but next to the only road. loved it as a local place showing the real local history
